**Lunch is only included for the Full day workshop or participants taking both an AM & PM workshops
All Congress sessions, social events and registration, except the pre-conference workshop, will be held at the Sheraton Wall Center Hotel (North Tower), 1088 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia
